FAQ
Great question! Because different needs require different feeds, our team has developed the most advanced baby bottles on the market to offer the complete feeding solution for your little one’s nourishment needs.
If you are breastfeeding and expressing breast milk, our award-wining nanobébé Breastmilk Bottle is the optimal choice for its nutrient-preserving benefits, as well as its mum-like shape and teat - which encourage a smooth, instinctual transitions between breast and bottle and back, without teat confusion. The soft grip base is easy for tiny hands to grab to advance self-feeding and fine motor skills. Mums love that you can pump, store, warm (2X faster than standard bottles) and feed right from the same bottle – super convenient and easy to clean. Did we mention they stack?
The Flexy Bottle is designed to accommodate all feeding styles. If you are formula feeding though, the Flexy Silicone Baby Bottle is the perfect choice! It’s mum-like softness encourages the warm feeding bond between parent and child, and its innovative anti-colic teats is one of a kind. Fun fact: The Flexy Bottle features the same teat as our award-winning Breastmilk Bottle for the perfect latch and the smoothest transition from breast milk to formula.
The breast pump adapter that is included with our Breastmilk Bottle, Starter Set, Newborn Set, Complete Set, and Ultimate Set is compatible with most standard size neck pumps (for example: Medela or Ameda). If you have a wide neck pump (e.g. Spectra), we have a Breast Pump Adapter Set, sold separately.
Note that most wearable pumps (e.g. Elvie) use built-in containers and cannot pump directly into our bottles or storage bags. However, you can transfer any expressed milk from the pump into our bottles or storage bags for convenient, stackable storage.
1. Remove storage cap or teat and ring prior to assembling the bottle. 2. Simply push the bottle body firmly into the base (do not attempt to twist shut).3. 1. Make sure all bottle parts are thoroughly cleaned and dried prior to assembly
2. Ensure that the storage cap or teat are OFF the bottle body prior to attaching it to the base3. Securely press bottle body onto the base and check to make sure that it is sealed tightly all the way around4. To warm the bottle: use warm tap water (never boiling water) and note that it is crucial to warm your milk with the teat on (not the storage cap!) so the air pressure does not cause expansion that could lead to a potential opening.5. When attaching the teat, be sure to align the threading and screw on tightly.

The familiar, breast-like shape, helps many babies to instinctively know where to place their head, hands, and mouth. Additionally, ours is one of the slowest flow rate teats on the market which most closely resembles actual breastfeeding. We have heard countless stories of babies and preemies who have been unable to transition from breast to bottle easily, but have transitioned smoothly to ours.
Yes! These storage caps also make your bottles stackable for space saving convenience.
While we do reccomend the designated Warming Bowl, (which is the only safe, eco-friendly warmer on the market) you can simply use any bowl to warm this bottle. Just add warm tap water and swirl the bottle.
Since our Breastmilk Bottles conveniently stack, we designed a Travel Cooler specifically for feeding baby on the go. Simply use the included storage caps to stack the bottles, and store your teats in the lower zipper pouch for when you’re ready to feed.
If you still have half or a quarter of breast milk in the bottle after baby feeds, you can put it back in the fridge and offer this bottle again at your next feeding only, and that's it. "Used" breast milk can become contaminated when bacteria from your baby's mouth transfers into the bottle during sucking.
Although this bottle was specifically designed for breastmilk, we have heard from many happy formula feeding moms that their babies also love the shape and feel of drinking from this bottle. We also suggest trying our Flexy Silicone Bottle which is designed to accomodate all feeding styles.
This bottle was developed with the advice of lactation consultants, for the ideal length, feel and teat angle, to accommodate paced feeding. This most closely mimics breastfeeding. We recommend that when feeding your baby, you hold the bottle with the teat parallel to the ground, with the measurement scale facing up, which will allow the best flow for paced feeding. Transitioning a little one from breast to bottle can be difficult, but we have been so happy to hear that many babies have taken to our bottle when they haven't to others.

Yes, our Flexy Bottle can be warmed in a variety of warmers. However, it is easiest to simply pour in the desired temperature water, add formula scoop(s), shake, and you are ready to go. If you are warming breast milk, it is recommended that you first warm the milk in the storage bag and then transfer to the bottle.
Per industry standard, the bottles come with slow flow teats. We have teats with 5 flow rates available (preemie, slow, medium, fast, and Y-cut) to meet the feeding needs of your little one at every stage. Our teats have a one of a kind 360° anti-colic triple venting system, and are non-collapsible to keep the perfect latch.
Occasionally when opening a new silicone bottle, you may notice a subtle odor. This is completely natural, and you can rest assured that we use the best medical grade silicone and that it is 100% safe and non-toxic for baby.
If you notice after sterilising and thoroughly cleaning the bottles that there is still a slight odor, we recommend sterilising the bottles again in boiling water for 5 minutes with a tablespoon of baking soda and letting them air dry. If this doesn’t fully get the job done, you can fill the bottle with warm water and add a teaspoon of baking soda. Leave this overnight, clean thoroughly in the morning, and you should be good to go!
The Flexy Soother’s unique, ergonomic shape is designed to stay firmly in your baby’s mouth without the safety risks straps provide. Most soother clips/straps will be able to attach if you'd prefer. Soother clips that have loops work best as you can thread them through the holes on the soother.
The 0-3 month Flexy Soothers have a softer teat for those early newborn stages. It is as soft as skin, and the silicone is so flexible that it elongates comfortably for newborns, to help prevent teat confusion. Our orthodontic 3m+ size Flexy Soother is perfect for older babies. With a slightly firmer feel and compliments growing babies as they are teething and meets the oral development needs for your baby's growth.
